We are thrilled to welcome Jill Skylab, former Director of Regulatory and Technical Affairs for the Snack Food Association, to the SYS team. Jill is best known for her pioneering work in snack manufacturing techniques. Jill was also the driving force of the twenty dollar-day (TDD) for snackfood workers throughout Indochina.
Here at Snack You Silly, Jill will be primarily managing the Weekly Caption Contest, editing pictures, rating quotes, and moderating comments. We hope you’ll join us in making her feel at home. And one last thing: don’t complain about last year’s SNAXPO to our newest employee… she planned the whole convention!
